Planet of the day (according to Ibn 'Arabi): Mercury

Prophet of the day (according to Ibn 'Arabi): Jesus

The Sun is in 17 Leo (in my 11th house): A chemist conducts an experiment for his students. (Symbol for 18 Leo from Dane Rudhyar, An Astrological Mandala)

The Moon is at 9Sco48 (in my 2nd house). Lunar mansion (according to Ibn 'Arabi): 18, Sphere of the Ether and the Meteors, Center of Fire, letter Tā, The Seizer (Al-Qābiḍ)

Lunar phase: Crescent - Expansion (Phase names and keywords from Dane Rudhyar, The Lunation Cycle)

At about 25 minutes to midnight, the Moon will enter my 3rd house. About an hour and 10 minutes before zora (fedžr), the Moon will transit my natal Neptune (in my 3rd house). In the afternoon, the Moon will enter its First Quarter phase, whose keyword is Action. (The Moon will be at 18Sco32 in my 3rd house and the Sun will be at 18Leo32 in my 11th house.)

After a night of emotionally vivid dreams, I went to Rosen this past day. I have been trying some new flower essences, and perhaps they are having an effect. I have also been keeping up with meditation. Those things, together with the astrological reading I have been doing, seem to be helping me to open up some space energetically, which helps with noticing and processing feelings.

As I think back on my experiences with the Amma organization, it seems to me that the intensity of that experience made it difficult to discern what was coming up internally--that belonged to my own experience--and what I was absorbing from the environment, which could be a pretty potent mix. While the energy I am feeling coming up now feels "smaller" than what I experienced in the Amma org, what is coming up feels as if it belongs to me. It seems that, without the sense that is coming up belongs to oneself, it can be difficult to speak of healing. Otherwise, one may be experiencing intensity, which may easily lead to increasing vulnerability and exploitation.
