In the morning, the Moon wil enter Leo (in my 11th house). In the early afternoon, the Moon will transit my natal North Node (in my 11th house).
After writing yesterday evening, I decided to consult Robert Hand's book on transits. When I looked more closely at when Neptune began to transit my 6th house, it became clearer to me that the series of losses I had experienced over the last 10 years, as well as the feeling of working hard at my job--without feeling that I was advancing in my career or receiving much in the way of recognition or ego-satisfaction--fit a pattern that was typical of Neptune transiting the 6th house. It helped me better to value the efforts I have been making, even in the absence of (what seem to me to be) tangible results. Today I started looking at Steven Forrest's book on Neptune, which I had purchased as soon as it came out in 2016, but had not yet begun to read.
